Client Success Manager

You'll own the clinic relationship once onboarding is done: the check-ins, the reporting, the escalations, and the renewal.

The job is not account babysitting. Clinic owners are busy and direct, and they want to know whether the money is working. You'll be the person who tells them the truth, brings the numbers, and pulls in the right internal team when something needs fixing.

Responsibilities

- Own a book of clinic accounts from post-onboarding through renewal

- Run regular reporting calls that a clinic owner finds genuinely useful

- Spot risk early — quiet accounts, slipping results, unanswered leads — and act on it

- Coordinate the internal teams that fix what you find

- Drive adoption of the platform inside each clinic, including front-desk staff

- Identify growth opportunities honestly, without selling something a clinic does not need

Requirements

- 3+ years in account management or client success, ideally at an agency or SaaS

- Comfortable presenting performance numbers, including bad ones

- Strong organisation across many accounts and commitments

- Able to translate between clinic owners and technical teams

- Calm under an unhappy client

Bonus

- Medical spa, clinic, or healthcare practice experience

- CRM administration experience

- Experience training non-technical staff on new software
