The Role As a Customer Success Associate, you get new customer sites into the energy market and ready to perform so they start earning. You own the project management of onboarding from signed contract to a live site, which means keeping data collection, registrations, hardware installation, and testing moving across Sales, Field Engineering, Market Operations, and Dispatch Operations.
