Paid Media Buyer

You'll own paid spend across Meta and Google for a book of aesthetics clinics. This is a role for someone who has stopped being impressed by cheap leads: we measure on booked, showed consultations and revenue, and we can see all the way down the funnel because we own the tracking.

You'll work alongside the creative team rather than briefing into a void — if the ad needs a different hook, you'll say so and it gets cut that week.

Responsibilities

- Build, launch, and manage Meta and Google campaigns across multiple clinic accounts

- Own budget pacing and reallocation against booked-consult cost, not lead cost

- Write and test structured creative briefs with the video and design teams

- Run a real testing cadence on audiences, offers, hooks, and landing pages

- Diagnose the whole funnel: if bookings drop, work out whether it is the ad, the page, the offer, or the follow-up

- Report clearly to clinic owners in plain language, monthly and on request

Requirements

- 3+ years buying Meta and Google at meaningful monthly spend

- Experience with lead-gen funnels where the conversion happens on a phone call, not a checkout

- Comfortable with tracking, attribution, and conversion APIs — you know why platform-reported numbers and CRM numbers disagree

- Able to read a landing page and say what is costing conversion

- Clear written communication with non-technical clinic owners

Bonus

- Medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dental, or elective healthcare experience

- Familiarity with advertising policy around health and beauty claims

- Experience with high-ticket offers and long consideration windows
