Product Manager

Health Hue Hub has more than 40 features across operations, clinical, marketing and AI, used by med spas and aesthetic clinics in the US and Canada. You will decide what gets built next and make sure it ships in a form clinic staff can use on a busy day.

You will spend real time with clinic owners, providers and front-desk teams, turn what you learn into clear specs, and work with engineering and design from first draft to release.

Responsibilities

- Own the roadmap for one or more areas of Health Hue Hub

- Interview clinics and review support tickets to find the problems worth solving

- Write specs that engineering and design can build from without guessing

- Set priorities and say no to work that does not move the product forward

- Plan releases, write release notes and brief the support and sales teams

- Measure whether shipped features are used, and act on what you find

Requirements

- 3+ years as a product manager on a B2B SaaS product

- Track record of shipping features that customers adopted

- Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers and read them honestly

- Clear writer who can explain a tradeoff in a few sentences

- Able to work directly with engineers on technical details

Bonus

- Experience with healthcare, EMR, scheduling or payments software

- Experience building AI features into a product

- Background working with appointment-based businesses
